Designs render at billboard scale.
Sized to the exact dimensions of every site.
The Creatives agent reads brand guidelines, drafts copy concepts, and renders frontal billboard mockups in 2–3 directions. Every mockup is sized to the real pixel ratio of the specific site it's headed for — no surprise reflows on print day.

Sites, creatives, reach, budget — one link.
Client Servicing assembles the deck: ranked sites, projected reach, three creative directions. You review at your pace, comment inline, and approve. The moment you do, every locked site is reserved against the calendar.

Step 05 · Billing

One invoice. GST-correct.
No surprise line items.
Finance & Billing issues a single client invoice the instant you approve — line-itemed by site, GST handled, IBAN attached. Payment is recorded the moment it lands. Vendor POs go out automatically once the campaign is funded.

Step 06 · Execution

Vendors print. Operations watches.
Every mount-up tracked, every deadline enforced.
Each vendor confirms a mount-up date through the vendor portal. Operations pings, escalates, and re-routes if anyone slips. You see the same timeline they do — no hidden weeks, no silent delays.

Step 07 · Proof

Every site, photographed.
Geotagged. Timestamped. Verified.
On the day after mount-up, every vendor uploads photos from the actual site. Operations runs QA on the geotag, timestamp, and mounting quality — anything that fails gets flagged, re-shot, or re-mounted. You never have to ask 'did it actually go up?'
